On the creation of the Republican State Enterprise "Sports Training Center for Persons with Disabilities" of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Sports and Physical Culture

Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 13, 2014 No. 238

In accordance with Article 133 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 1, 2011 “On State Property”, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. CreateRepublican state-owned enterprise “Sports Training Center for Persons with Disabilities” of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Sports and Physical Culture (hereinafter referred to as the enterprise).

2. Determine:
1) the authorized body for the management of the relevant branch (sphere) of public administration in relation to the enterprise Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Sports and Physical Culture;
2) the main subject of the enterprise’s activity is the implementation of activities in the field of sports.  

3. The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Sports and Physical Culture, in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensures:
1) submission of the Enterprise Charter for approval to the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) state registration of the enterprise with the justice authorities;
3) taking other measures to implement this resolution.

4. Lost force by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2015 No. 1193 (to come into effect from January 1, 2016).

5. This resolution comes into force from the date of signing.

Esekeyev Lesken Kudaybergenuly was born in the village of Novokazalinsk, Kyzylorda region on January 30, 1978.

He has three higher educations: “Kokshe” Academy with a degree in “Physical Culture and Sports”, “Turan-Astana” University with a degree in Law, “Turan” University in Almaty with a degree in tourism management.

He began his career as a Greco-Roman wrestling coach in 1998 at Children and Youth Sports School No. 7, Novokazalinsk village.  

Kudaibergenova Lyazzat Kopzhasarovna

Kudaibergenova Lyazzat Kopzhasarovna

Deputy Director for Financial and Organizational Activities

Kudaibergenova Lyazzat Kopzhasarovna was born on September 23, 1978 in the village of Mynbulak, Ayaguz district, East Kazakhstan region.

In 2002 she graduated from the Karaganda Financial Institute with a degree in accounting and economics.

Labor activity began in 1998.

From June 3, 2024, she was appointed to the position of Deputy Director for Financial and Organizational Activities at the Republican State Enterprise “Sports Training Center for Persons with Disabilities.”

Subject and goals of the Enterprise's activities

The subject of the Company's activity is the implementation of activities in the field of sports.

The purpose of the Enterprise is to organize, provide and conduct year-round centralized training for persons with disabilities.

To achieve this goal, the Company carries out the following activities:

Organization of year-round centralized training for persons with disabilities, holding educational and sports events.

Organization and conduct of sports events among persons with disabilities in accordance with the calendar plan of sports events agreed with the authorized body of the relevant industry;

Ensuring the participation of persons with disabilities included in the roster of the Enterprise in international competitions, complex international competitions in accordance with individual training plans and a calendar plan of sporting events, agreed upon with the authorized body of the relevant industry;

Carrying out medical, psychological, preventive and other rehabilitation measures for persons with disabilities and trainers;

Involving leading athletes, coaches and other specialists to prepare for official international competitions and complex international competitions, including on a contract basis;

05

Payment of remuneration to winners and prize-winners of international sports competitions, and their coaches, as well as compensation payments to members of national teams of the Republic of Kazakhstan in sports if they receive injuries and mutilations at republican competitions, in accordance with regulatory legal acts.
